GET SET is the slogan of the Olympic Games 2012 network which promotes the 7 core values of the Olympics: respect, excellence, friendship, courage, determination, inspiration and equality.  These key values reflect all that we strive to achieve for your children at Weeke Primary.

As well as working hard to attain high academic standards we know that children need to enjoy a rich and diverse range of experiences in a caring and respectful atmosphere.Through many opportunities to learn creatively and explore imaginative ideas our children are encouraged to think deeply about their learning. Our staff work as a team, continually reviewing progress and exploring new strategies to inspire our young learners. We recognise the importance of capturing the energy and enthusiasm of children at an early age so that they become life long learners who are able to achieve more than they thought they could.

Our enthusiastic teachers deliver an innovative, broad and balanced curriculum. This, when combined with extensive extra-curricular opportunities creates a stimulating learning environment where your child can flourish. We view education as a joint venture involving your child, you, the school, its governors and our local community. Everyone at Weeke plays an important role and is proud of our school and its achievements. We value good manners and respect for each other.
